Incident Description
The contractor refurbishing LS#38 had problems with their bypass pumping system resulting in 250 gallons of raw sewage overflowing from a manhole at the lift station into an adjacent swale. All sewage was subsequently recovered and no discharge reached a waterbody. The incident began Saturday December 4th at 10 AM and was resolved by 2 PM.
